Annual General Meeting - UPDATED

Date of AGM
The AGM will now be on Wednesday the 20th May at Wilsthorpe Tavern from 7.30pm.
Committee Members
Mens Match and Fixture Secretary
Bob Rogerson is willing to continue but if anyone else wants to take over role of Mens Match and Fixture Secretaries he would be willing to step down.
Kit Secretary
I (Chris Packer) wish to step down from this role from next season. If you are interested in taking over then please get in touch. Normaly this role is not too arduous, although the last season had an additional challenge of bringing in the DAHC hooded tops to our line-up. However now that this item is established the job shouldn't be too hard, unless ofcourse you would like to develop the kit on offer even further!

A couple of questions
1. Will an agenda be available for all club members prior to the AGM & if so when.
2. Can you advise the protocol for any other business at the end of meeting
3. What is the procedure to have an item placed on the main agenda by club members.
4. Has the pre meeting function now been cancelled

An E-mail will be issued to All club members you supplied their E-mail address on their membership form with all information about AGM and all the detail you have asked about Andy.
