Mens 4th v Belper 6th

Derby started quite strong in there match against Belper. For much of the first half the game was played in the midfield with very few shots at goal at either end, although Belper did have more than we did. From which they managed to score a goal from, the half-time score was 1 - 0 to Belper.

Just after the break Belper manager to get an early break and scored a second yet fluky goal from a short corner from which the scorer knew nothing about. Derby kept on fighting and managed to get a goal from a shot from Chris Kilburns at a short corner. Although we then conceded another almost straight away. Then about 5 minutes from time Nick Boulton scored his first goal for the club from the edge of the D. FINAL SCORE Belper 6s 3 Derby Asterdale 4s 2

Next week we have a 6 pointer with the only other team to be on 0 points in the league South Notts. If we played like the last 2 weeks we should it. Come on 4th lets take the game by the horns and get our 1st win of the seasons.
