Mens 4th verses West Bridgford 8th

This was another crunch bottom of the table clash 2nd from bottom verses 4th from bottom.

Well the first half had some resemblance to last week we had more of the ball but failed to do anything with it. When the half-time whistle came it was still 0 - 0.

Ten minutes into the second half we conceded a goal 1 - 0 to WB, which the umpire seam happy with by the way he blew the whistle. Then both teams seamed to fight hard. Then about 20 minutes into the second half we got our first short corner which Paul Neilson drilled the ball into the back boards 1 - 1. Then within a few minutes from open play Nic Boulton scored 2 - 1 to us. After just a couple more minutes Dan Simpson scored a goal 3 - 1 to us. Then WB started to play some good hockey and got another goal back 3 - 2 to us. And Yes we did hang on for our second win of the season. WELL DONE TEAM. And if Belper 6s beat Loughborough Town 5's we move out of the relegation zone.
