Mens 4ths versus North Notts 5ths

Derby maintained their unbeaten record with another fine win against their closest rivals. NN started the better with good midfield possession and good movement off the ball. We did however look dangerous on the break and were thwarted by some excellent goal keeping. In the second half we played with greater fluency and control and we started converting our chances. If Anthony Crooks keeps up his excellent strike rate he will be taking Anna's title this season. Another hat-trick for him, two more for Billy Morton and a top corner finish for Dale Bradley which will stay in my memory for years (although not as good as Mark Whatling's effort vs Rolls Royce in about 98). Great team performance, hope everyone is enjoying it as much as I am.
