CLUB FITNESS SESSIONS
Morning all,
With the new season quickly approaching its time to start thinking and acting on getting ourselves prepared with specific regard to fitness.
Last season I ran 2 sessions of fitness training which I will be doing again this season.
The 1st session is on Tuesday 21st July 7pm Wilsthorpe (bring 2 ltrs of water)
1 hour max for the fitness then we will have some short sided hockey matches.
We will use ½ pitch only with the other ½ being left open for those not wishing to do the fitness and just play.
This is NOT compulsory but those that completed this last year got a great deal of fun out of it.
The work we do is not measured, there is no pass / fail it is just 2 sessions for you to see where you are on the fitness stakes.
