Afternoon all,

As we have now lost 2 planned weeks outdoor due to the weather, the next 2 weeks will be key for our prep prior to the league re-starting.

Thanks for those that have attended the fitness and indoor over the last few weeks, I’m sure it will pay dividends for you and to those still recovering from sickness and injury, just take care and come back soon.

Tuesday 19th January

Full Match v Trent College

At Trent for 6:45-7:00pm please, game starts 7:30pm (White Kit)

Anyone from the 1stXI squad unavailable please let me know by Sunday evening Latest.

Saturday 23rd January

Away v Lutterworth 3 pm Start

Meet 1:30pm Asda Spondon (White Kit)

Training Wilsthorpe

Set piece Training

8:15pm – 8:45pm Penalty Corner Team
(This is a key session) Check e-mail next week for those needed.

8:45pm – 9:45pm full squad training

Saturday 30th January

League v Southwell Away 10:30am push back

Meet and squad TBA

Please ensure if you are unavailable you let me know in pleanty of time - that goes for training and games please.

It may sound a little dramatic but it is important.
