Ladies Section – January schedule Training / Matches

Ladies 1st XI

TRAINING

Training re-commences on:

Tuesday 4th January 7:30pm to 9:30pm at Trent College.

“Tough Love Fitness” and Indoor Matches will be the order of the night and will be for current 1st XI players only (see your e-mails)
Arrive for 7:15pm in order to ensure a full stretch prior to pitch time.

From Tuesday 11th January normal training will continue outdoors.
