Ladies 1st XI finish season in style

No long winded write up this week just the basic facts.

2 starting players missing from the line up due to being unavailable but thanks to 3 2nd XI players and young Lizzy we put together a squad of 13.

The 1st game against Phoenix this season saw Derby win by just 1-0 but that was not going to be repeated today.

1st half goals from Taran, Amanda, Lizzy & Anna saw a 4-0 half time lead for Derby but Coach Taylor made it clear there were a lot more goals available in the 2nd half by just concentrating on some simple tactics and so it proved.

A further 7 2nd half goals tore the heart out of a plucky Phoenix side finishing Derby's season with an 11 - 0 victory.
