Well as Gordon would testify a week is a long time in Politics - but it's even longer to mull over a 9-2 defeat and wonder if you can cut it in the league.
Well Saturday's answer was an emphatic yes, a 10-0 yes!
Even allowing for the quality of the opposition compared to the week before this was a much improved performance - the standard has now been set and it's up to us to maintain it for the rest of the season.

The pleasing thing for me about the performance (from the relative comfort of my spectators position at the back!) was that, although it was obvious quite early on that we could comfortably win the game, we continued to keep our shape and played as a team, rather than become a collection of individuals all trying to get on the score sheet.

Well done guys, that is a discipline that will help us when we encounter much tougher opposition.
