Mens 2nds v Ashbourne

What is it with Men's 2nds and 1st halves at the moment? As with last weeks' game against Corby we never really got going in the first half and despite dominating possesion we only had Sunny's well taken goal (helped as Richard blocked the keeper's line of vision) to show for our efforts, and but for a smart piece of keeping from Lee, we might have matched last weeks 1-1 scoreline.
Anyway the second half thankfully was better (maybe it's our superior fitness ) and goals from Tom, the skipper and Richard finishing off a peach of a move, gave us a comfortable 4-0 win in the end.
Onwards and upwards - just 4 games left - don't you just love a bit of pressure!
